Keep your account credentials private and use the Academy lawfully. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape content, upload harmful material, impersonate others, or use the platform unlawfully.

These policies explain how Proof Of Concept Code Academy works today. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, submitting a service request, or using the Academy, you agree to them.
Course access
Course access is personal to the enrolled learner. Do not share, resell, copy, record, redistribute, or use course access to provide content to another person. Free courses are available at our discretion.
Lifetime access
Paid courses are intended as one-time purchases with access for the lifetime of that course on the Academy platform—not a student's lifetime. We may update, replace, retire, re-price, or discontinue courses and their terms in the future where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law.
Content and outcomes
Videos, resources, code examples, written material, branding, and other Academy content are owned by or licensed to Proof Of Concept Code Academy. Use them for your own learning only. Courses and services do not guarantee a job, interview outcome, promotion, salary increase, certification, or any particular technical result.
Privacy
We collect information you provide—such as your name, email address, account details, course progress, reviews, contact messages, and service-request details—plus limited technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the Academy.
We use this information to provide accounts and courses, respond to requests, send transactional updates, prevent misuse, and improve the Academy. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication and data, Vercel for hosting, Google Analytics for aggregated website-usage measurement, Resend for transactional email, and YouTube for free-course video delivery. When paid learning is enabled, Cloudflare Stream and Razorpay may be used for protected video delivery and payments.
Your data choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by emailing support@contact.poccodeacademy.co.in. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Refund policy
Paid checkout is not currently enabled. Before payments launch, we will publish the final paid-course refund policy, including eligibility, how to request a refund, and the expected processing timeline. Nothing on this page limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
Video access
Paid video will use protected streaming and downloads will not be enabled. This deters casual sharing, but cannot guarantee prevention of operating-system screen recording, screenshots, or capture using another device.
Changes and contact
