PRIVACY POLICY
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, account details, course progress, reviews, contact messages, and 1:1 session-request details. We also process limited technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the Academy.
We use this information to provide accounts and courses, respond to requests, schedule 1:1 sessions, send transactional updates, prevent misuse, and improve the Academy. We do not sell personal information.
When the academy owner connects a Google Calendar account, we access and use Google Calendar event data only to create, update, and manage 1:1 mentorship-session events, generate Google Meet links, and send invitations to the learner and academy owner. We do not access Gmail, Contacts, Drive, Calendar settings, or calendars the connected owner does not own.
We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, profiling, sale, data brokerage, or to develop, improve, or train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
We do not sell, rent, transfer, or disclose Google Calendar data to third parties except as necessary to provide the requested event and invitation service. Google Calendar sends invitations to the learner and academy owner. We use Supabase for authentication and data, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and YouTube for free-course video delivery.
We protect data in transit with HTTPS and restrict access to systems needed to operate the Academy. Google OAuth client credentials and refresh tokens are server-side environment variables and are never exposed in the browser. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain account, course, review, session, and calendar-event reference data only for as long as needed to operate, support, secure, and maintain the Academy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. The academy owner can revoke Google Calendar access from their Google Account. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your Academy data by emailing support@contact.poccodeacademy.co.in.
